Almazino, Almaza Bay ★★★★

The hotel is very basic. I was satisfied as i stayed at a good rate. But i wouldnt stay with today’s rate as its overpriced for the facilities and the location of the hotel. In summary its an ok hotel, for a friendly budget, if the rate is too high better look somewhere else.

The ac in the room as very old and a bit noisy. Also the queen bed was 2 single beds attached.

The location is very good, beds are comfortable, room is clean, and good value for money.

The staff lacks hospitality manners and etiquette. Since we checked in till we checked out all the staff we met (receptionist, bell boy, house keeping) didn't know how to handle or deal with guests in terms of language, problem solving, and hospitality. Just an example After check in, we left the room at about 5 to go to the beach, when we returned later we noticed some things were taken from the.mini bar. Normally we reported it and their excuse was that they needed to rotationally change the chips in the rooms??? I don't understand who gave them the right to walk in the room while im not there to take whatever they want then justify it. Honestly the management is better off with a well trained staff that can elevate the hotels name.

Amenities were very poor.. Old AC with terrible noise, smelly furniture, a curtain instead of the wardrobe, housekeeping used wet towels to make a crocodile on the beds. tiny room with a tiny bathroom. Will never go there again.

Very basic room . Shower handle was extremely high up including the towels. I needed to jump to grab them. Only means of transport was a buggy service most of the time it was an extended period of Waite at times it was not available .

The staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful especially Moustafa at the reception.

Location

The rooms weren’t clean and we asked for a taxed invoice because this was a work trip, and they told me it will take time we will send it over whatsapp, although I have mentioned this while booking a week before the trip, and till today they didn’t send me the invoice and they told me they might not send it as I didn’t request it few days before!!! That’s unprofessional because I already mentioned in my booking that I want it, or else the company will charge me for the stay!! Why is a taxed invoice so hard?!
